Al Nubras ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you when you visit alnubras.com (the "Site") or interact with us through connected services such as Facebook/Meta Login.

Information you provide directly:

• Name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address when you create an account, place an order, or contact us.
• Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider (we do not store full card details ourselves).

Information from third-party login (Facebook/Meta and Google):

• If you sign in using Facebook/Meta Login or Google Login, we receive basic profile information you authorize from that provider, which may include your name, email address, and profile picture, in accordance with the permissions you grant at login.

Information collected automatically:

• Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies (including Shopify's built-in analytics and, if enabled, the Meta Pixel for advertising).
• Order and browsing history to personalize your experience and improve our offerings.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill orders, including payment, shipping, and customer support;
• Create and manage your account, including login via Facebook/Meta or Google;
• Communicate with you about orders, promotions, and updates (where you have opted in);
• Improve the Site, our products, and the customer experience;

• Comply with legal obligations, including under UAE law.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Where applicable (including for customers in the European Economic Area), we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (fulfilling your order), your consent (e.g. marketing communications, optional cookies), our legitimate interests (e.g. fraud prevention, improving our services), and compliance with legal obligations.

For customers in the UAE, we process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("UAE PDPL").

4. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site, including through Shopify's platform analytics and, where enabled, Meta's and Google's advertising and analytics tools. 5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We share personal data with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site and fulfill orders, including Shopify (ecommerce platform), payment processors, and shipping carriers;
• Meta/Facebook, when you choose to sign in using Facebook Login, and where you interact with our Facebook or Instagram presence;
• Google, when you choose to sign in using Google Login;
• Analytics and marketing tools we use to understand Site performance and run advertising campaigns;
• Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Because we use service providers such as Shopify and Meta that may process data outside the UAE, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Where required, we take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request deletion of your personal data;
• Object to or restrict certain processing, including marketing communications;
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

9. HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION

You may request that we delete your personal data at any time by emailing info@alnubras.ae with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address or account associated with your data. We will verify your request and delete or anonymize your data within [30] days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law (e.g. transaction records for tax purposes).

If you signed in using Facebook/Meta Login and wish to remove Al Nubras's access to your Facebook data, you can also do this directly from your Facebook account settings under Settings > Apps and Websites.

If you signed in using Google Login and wish to remove Al Nubras's access to your Google data, you can do this directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com under Security > Third-party apps with account access.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including secure payment processing through our providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
