These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Al Nubras website at alnubras.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products through it. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

PART A — WEBSITE USAGE

  1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or place an order. Users under this age may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
  2. Accounts You may browse the Site without an account, but an account is required to complete a purchase, track orders, and save preferences. You may register directly or sign in using Facebook/Meta Login or Google Login, in which case we receive the profile information you authorize (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  3. Acceptable Use When using the Site, you agree not to:
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems;
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, including via malware, scraping, bots, or excessive automated requests;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fraudulent payment details;
  • Copy, reproduce, or exploit any content, branding, or design from the Site without our written permission.
  1. Intellectual Property All content on the Site — including text, images, product photography, graphics, and the Al Nubras name and logo — is owned by Al Nubras or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding or content outside of normal browsing and shopping on the Site.
  2. Third-Party Links and Services The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as Shopify, Meta/Facebook, Google, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

PART B — RULES FOR PURCHASING PRODUCTS

  1. Product Listings and Pricing We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Prices are listed in Dirhams/AED and may change at any time without notice, though price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
  2. Order Acceptance Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. A confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance until the order has shipped.
  3. Payment Payment is collected at checkout through our approved payment providers. You confirm that any payment method you use is your own or that you are authorized to use it.
  4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Shipping timelines, costs, and delivery regions are described in our separate Shipping Policy. Conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds are described in our separate Return & Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
  5. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled or amended only before they have shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at info@alnubras.ae if you need to change or cancel an order.
  6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Al Nubras is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law.
  7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
  8. Changes to These Terms We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
